1. Rescheduling and cancelling
You can reschedule or cancel yourself, straight from your confirmation or under "Manage booking", up to 24 hours before the agreed time.
Rescheduling and cancelling within this deadline is free of charge. You can move a meeting yourself up to two times; if you need more, please contact us.
If you cancel later than 24 hours before the agreed time, 50% of the meeting price will be invoiced.
2. No-show
If you do not attend an agreed meeting without cancelling, it counts as a no-show.
For a no-show, 100% of the meeting price will be invoiced.
3. Late arrival
If you arrive late, the meeting may be shortened accordingly so the consultant's next appointment is not delayed.
The meeting is still charged at the regular price. In case of significant delay we may, after a case-by-case assessment, treat it as a no-show.
4. Paying a cancellation fee
If a cancellation or no-show fee applies, the invoice is sent to the email address you gave (or the invoice address, if you gave a different one).
The payment deadline is stated on the invoice. Free meetings are not invoiced.
If the meeting was paid in advance, any fee is deducted from the amount and the remainder is refunded.
5. Illness and unforeseen events
In case of acute illness or other documented, unforeseen circumstances, we may, after a case-by-case assessment, waive or reduce the fee.
This does not mean the fee is automatically waived, only that the case is assessed individually. Please contact us as soon as possible.
6. Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel or move an agreed meeting, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer a new time. You do not pay for a meeting we cancel.
Any advance payment for the cancelled meeting will be refunded.
7. Acceptance of the terms
The cancellation policy applies to all meetings booked in the booking system, by phone, email or in any other way.
By booking, you confirm that you have had access to these terms and accept them.
