How do we start working together?
We have a no-obligation conversation about your situation, what you want to achieve, and what a realistic scope looks like. We then suggest a way of working and an estimate.
How long does a typical project take?
It varies with scope โ from a single idea clarification over a few days, to ongoing collaboration over several months. We agree on a timeframe before we start.
Do you work with clients outside Norway?
Yes. We work largely digitally and can collaborate effectively no matter where in the world you are. Meetings and follow-up can easily happen over video calls.
What does it cost?
The price is adapted to the scope and needs of the project. Get in touch, and we'll give you a concrete price estimate.
What happens after the project is delivered?
You get 60 days of minor adjustments and tweaks included, counted from the delivery date / handover of the project. Read more about the assurance period on the Services page.
Can we order just a single service, or do we need to choose a full package?
You can order exactly what you need โ a single service, or a more comprehensive collaboration. We tailor the scope to your situation, not the other way around.
Who owns the finished result?
You own everything developed specifically for you โ websites, copy, design and other deliverables โ once the project has been paid in full.
Can you take on urgent projects?
We can also take on urgent projects when our capacity allows. Get in touch and we'll look at the possibilities together.
Do you speak languages other than Norwegian?
Yes. The website and our communication with you can happen in Norwegian, English or Thai.
